The show

Two albums, one long night.

Safety - The Musical is James Tonic's albums Safety and Safety II, staged as a full dream pop musical.

A live band plays every song. Dancers move through haze between lamp posts and turning brick towers, past a city skyline and into a black brick theatre, until the last scene lights up in neon. Two local openers start every night. It is family friendly and open to all ages.

Questions

Is the show for all ages?

Yes. Every show is family friendly and open to all ages.

What time are doors?

Doors open at 6:30 PM and the show starts at 7:00 PM, local time. Two local openers play first, and James Tonic takes the stage at 8:00 PM. Raleigh is the exception: doors open at 6:00 PM.

What does the ticket price include?

The price you see is the full ticket price, with every fee included. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Prices rise in steps as each show fills, so the earliest tickets cost the least.

What comes with my ticket?

Every ticket comes with a signed poster. Pick it up at the merch table on show night, under the name on your order (one poster per ticket). Your ticket also gets you 10% off merch with the code SAFETY10.

How do I get my tickets?

Right after you pay, your tickets appear on this site under My tickets, on the phone or computer you bought them on. Every ticket has its own QR code and barcode, and you can download them all as a PDF to save or print.

Bought on another device, or lost them? Open Find my tickets with your order number, the email you used and your last name.

What do I show at the door?

Show the QR code on your phone (tap it on My tickets to show it full screen, with your brightness up), or bring the printed PDF. Each ticket admits one person and the first scan counts, so send a ticket only to the person using it and do not post it online. No signal at the venue? Save the PDF or take a screenshot before you go.

When are the remaining dates announced?

Cleveland, Boston, Baltimore and Virginia Beachare coming soon. Their dates and venues appear in the list above as soon as they are confirmed.
