Stop texts to a number
Who sends these texts
James Tonic (Drummer Records, Inc., james.com). Email media@james.com.
In the US and Canada the texts come from +1 844 398 4695, and you can reply STOP or HELP (ARRET in Canada). In most other countries they come from the sender name JamesTonic, or from our US number where carriers do not show sender names. Replies from outside the US and Canada do not reach us, so each of those texts has a personal link to this page.
What we text
Recurring automated marketing texts, up to 4 a month: a confirmation when you sign up, a text when the countdown you signed up during ends and tickets go on sale, and occasional tour updates. Signing up is optional and never a condition of any purchase. We never charge for the texts; your carrier's rates apply, including any charges for receiving international messages. You can withdraw your consent at any time: with the link in a text, by replying STOP (US and Canada), with the form on this page, or by email. We stop at once, and always within 10 business days.
